Police investigations are ongoing.
A male cyclist has passed away in the hospital following a collision with a car at a road junction in Bugis on Jun. 19.
The police told Mothership that they were alerted to the accident along Victoria Street towards Kallang Road at about 6:30am.

In footage of the accident shared in the Singapore Roads Accident Facebook group, the cyclist appears to be riding across the road when the traffic light was red.
Near the middle of the road, a car from his left drove straight and hit the cyclist, sending him flying.
A few seconds before the impact, the traffic light for the car changed from yellow to red.
The car stopped after the collision and a man was seen making a phone call while kneeling beside the cyclist.
The police said that the 41-year-old cyclist was conveyed unconscious to the hospital, where he subsequently passed away.
A 44-year-old male car driver is assisting with the ongoing police investigations.
