Bournemouth are set to finalise the signing of goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic from Chelsea

Everton are finalising a deal for Bournemouth’s Mark Travers with the goalkeeper due to undergo a medical.

Bournemouth are signing Chelsea keeper Djordje Petrovic for £25million on Tuesday which paves the way for the departure of 26-year-old Travers.

Everton are understood to be paying around £4million plus bonuses for the Republic of Ireland international who will arrive to provide competition for Jordan Pickford.

Everton released Joao Virginia and Asmir Begovic this summer and were eager to find an understudy to England number one Pickford who had proven pedigree in the top flight.
