Nobody 2 is finally here, and much like the first film, the sequel uses a lot of pre-existing music throughout the story, scoring jokes, action scenes, and more. Here is a full breakdown of the entire Nobody 2 soundtrack, including a list of every song that is featured and when they play in the movie.

The highly-anticipated sequel to the 2021 action film brings back Bob Odenkirk’s Hutch Mansell for another action adventure. This time, Hutch takes his family on a vacation to a town named Plummerville, but he quickly becomes embroiled in a conflict with corrupt police and international crime syndicates.

The first Nobody is remembered for a soundtrack that mostly consists of songs from the 1950s through the early 1970s, featuring tracks like “Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood,” “I’ve Gotta Be Me,” “The Impossible Dream,” and more. Nobody 2 pulls from a greater selection of music.

When Every Song On The Nobody 2 Soundtrack Plays In The Movie

“The Good Life” by José James: The first song that plays in Nobody 2 is an original recording by musician José James, the artist behind songs like 2018’s “Lovely Day” and 2012’s “Come to My Door.” It plays over the film’s opening montage, which calls back to the opening of the previous film while showing off some more action scenes.

“100% Feminista” by MC Carol: This 2016 Brazilian hip-hop song by MC Carol is the second song to play in the film. It can be heard during the scene in which Hutch fights the Brazilian gang in the parking garage, scoring the brutal fight as audiences catch up with what Hutch has been up to since the first film.

“More Today Than Yesterday” by The Spiral Starecase: This 1969 Spiral Starecase classic is one of the most prominently featured songs in Nobody 2. It can be heard as the family picks up Christopher Lloyd’s David Mansell and heads for Plummerville, with the group singing it in the car as they leave for their vacation. It plays again at the very end of the film.

“Tres Delinquentes (feat. Sen Dog)” by Delinquent Habits: The 1996 debut single by hip-hop group Delinquent Habits can be heard soon after the Mansells arrive at Plummerville. It plays as Hutch and Becca enter the honeymoon suite, discovering where they will be living throughout the course of the sequel.

“Summer Holiday” by Cliff Richard & The Shadows: This song by Cliff Richard & The Shadows comes from their 1963 film of the same name. It plays in the background of the hot dog store as Hutch has memories of his childhood, kicking off his conflict with the local police.

“Power (feat. Stormzy)” by Little Mix: This 2017 electropop song by British group Little Mix can be heard playing in the background of the Plummerville arcade while Sammy and Brady explore the games. Although it isn’t there long, fans of the group will definitely recognize it scoring the scene, as it continues over Hutch and Brady’s conversation.

“Come Out and Play (Keep ‘Em Separated)” by The Offspring: Things in the arcade escalate after Brady gets into a fight with a police officer’s son, leading to this 1994 hit by The Offspring playing. It starts as Hutch returns to the arcade to beat up the employees, as well as any other unfortunate soul who gets involved in the brawl.

“Run Run Run” by Jo Jo Gunne: After the conflict at the arcade and Hutch’s subsequent encounter with the police, he is told to leave town. Instead, his family sticks around, and they play a variety of carnival games as this 1972 song by rock band Jo Jo Gunne scores the montage.

“If I Ruled the World” by Tony Bennett: The 1965 Tony Bennett classic plays during one of the film’s biggest fight scenes. When Hutch decides to de-escalate things, he shows up to the criminal organization’s warehouse. Things go south, and he decides to kill everyone there, with this song playing over the massacre.

“Das Boot” by Beginner: After the warehouse fight, Hutch saves Wyatt Martin’s son and returns him. During this scene, Wyatt tells Hutch about the dangers of Lendina, with this 1991 cover of the Das Boot theme song playing while Sharon Stone’s character dances and prepares for war.

“Ring of Fire” by Des Rocs: Des Rocs performs a new cover of Johnny Cash’s 1963 classic “Ring of Fire” for the soundtrack. The song plays during Nobody 2‘s climactic waterpark fight, as the Mansell family and friends wipe out Lendina’s forces.

“The Power of Love” by Celine Dion: Celine Dion’s iconic 1993 cover of “The Power of Love” closes out the film’s climax, playing as Becca shoots Lendina in the eye with her dart gun.

Where To Listen To Nobody 2’s Soundtrack

Unfortunately, the Nobody 2 soundtrack has not yet been officially released. Since the film is distributed by Universal Pictures, it is likely that Universal Music Group will be behind the soundtrack album when it is officially released. However, there isn’t yet any word on when that will happen.

Luckily, most of the music from Nobody 2 can already be found on music streaming services thanks to the film’s usage of pre-existing songs. That should hold fans over until an official Nobody 2 soundtrack is dropped.
