She has been blazing the promo trail for The Smashing Machine.
And Emily Blunt was pulling out all the stops once again on Monday as she appeared at the Venice Film Festival to plug the biographical movie alongside her co-star Dwayne Johnson, director Benny Safdie and the film’s subject Mark Kerr.
The Devil Wears Prada actress, 42, looked incredible in a baby blue dress with a ruched waist and embellished shoulder straps.
She seemed to be giving the look a saucy touch with her necklace, which was adorned with the letters S&M – the term commonly referring to sadomasochism.
The biopic follows the life of former amateur wrestler and MMA fighter Mark Kerr, played by Dwayne, alongside Emily as Kerr’s then-wife Dawn Staples an Arizona-based recovering alcoholic who wed Mark in Las Vegas.

Emily looked sensational in the light blue gown, which made the most of her lithe figure thanks to its form-fitting shape and neat ruching at the waist.
Her necklace was clearly the talking point, with S and M letters on plates sitting between a central pendant with a drawing embossed on.
The group were joined by the real Mark, whose story is being depicted in the movie, in which Dwayne is unrecognisable thanks to a wig and extensive facial prosthetics.
While sitting on the panel at the call, Dwayne discussed being pigeonholed in Hollywood and admitted The Smashing Machine was his most challenging part.
Sitting alongside Emily and Benny, Dwayne said: ‘I have, for a long time, wanted this. The three of us have talked for a very long time about, when you’re in Hollywood — as we all know, it had become about box office…
‘And you chase the box office, and the box office can be very loud and it can become very resounding and it can push you into a category and into a corner. This is your lane and this is what you do and this is what Hollywood wants you to do.’
The Smashing Machine, which releases October 3, is based on John Hyams’ 2002 HBO documentary of the same name, which also captured Kerr’s substance abuse, 1999 hospitalization, and rehab stint on top of his overall career.

In her role as Mark’s then-wife Dawn she is seen to struggle with his fighting when he sustains painful injuries- leading her to taking pain killers to cope.
In the latest issue of PORTER Magazine, Emily spoke about the intensity of playing real people in movies and her need to ‘do right by’ the people.
On the role, Emily said: ‘You know you’re gonna have to rip your ribcage open on something like this… and the other fear is that these people are still living, and you’re holding the beating hearts of their lives on a screen…
‘You just want to do right by these people who have lived through a lot.’
The movie was shot in Vancouver, Los Angeles, New Mexico, and Tokyo. Dwayne not only stars in but also produced The Smashing Machine.
The film marks the solo feature directorial debut of three-time Independent Spirit Award-winning filmmaker Benny.
