The girlfriend of American Pickers star Mike Wolfe has shared graphic images from the aftermath of their horror car crash while also revealing that she had to be airlifted to hospital.
Leticia Cline and her boyfriend Mike, 61, were both involved in a collision on September 12 in Tennessee after their vintage Porsche plowed into an SUV.
They sustained multiple injuries in the accident with Leticia breaking her sternum and ribs, suffering a collapsed lung, and dislocating her jaw.
The brutal extent of their wounds have been revealed in a carousel of graphic photos uploaded by councilwoman Leticia, who showed off her bloody and bruised face, as well as a deep cut on her chin.
One picture captured the inside of her mouth, which appeared to show her misaligned jaw.
Another saw Mike, with a bruised broken nose, tending to Leticia’s bruised legs.
In a different snap, television personality Mike helped his other half walk through the hospital corridor.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Leticia provided harrowing details of the crash and revealed how lucky they both are to be alive.

She said: ‘Friday evening around 5pm, Mike and I were in a terrible car accident on Hwy 7 outside Columbia, TN.
‘A man driving an SUV pulled out from a side street, and we had little to no time to react.
‘We were in an old Porsche 356, with Mike driving, and although we were both wearing seatbelts, they were only lap belts.
‘My side took most of the impact as Mike tried to swerve to miss the other driver.
‘Mike was taken by ambulance and I was airlifted to Vanderbilt Hospital. He was released early Saturday morning after suffering a broken nose, stitches, and heavy bruising to his face.
‘He is incredibly lucky, as he broke the steering wheel and could have been impaled by the steering column.’
Leticia remained in the hospital until Tuesday afternoon but is expected to return for a major surgery on Monday.
She continued: ‘My injuries are more extensive: a dislocated jaw that is also broken in three places, a broken sternum, broken ribs, collapsed lung, and bruising to my spine.

Letitia said the damage to her face has ‘depressing’ and ‘painful’
She credited her loving family as being her ‘rock’ throughout her recovery process
Letitia revealed that her side took most of the impact as Mike tried to swerve to miss the other driver
‘I’ve already had one procedure, and my major surgery is scheduled for Monday the 22nd.
‘After that, I’ll leave with a wired jaw and a long road of rehab ahead. Even with all this, I know we are lucky.
‘I still have my teeth (though not in the right places), I avoided brain damage, and I am surrounded by an amazing team of doctors, our family, friends, and our pastor.
‘For that, I am deeply grateful.
‘To everyone who has reached out, prayed, or sent well wishes, you’ll never know how much your kindness has carried us.
‘I’ve been in crashes before from my days as a motorcycle racer, but I’ve never faced injuries this extensive to my face. It’s been painful and honestly depressing.
‘My voice is my greatest asset, I use it as a city councilwoman, as a writer, and as a business owner. Having it limited is terrifying, but I remain hopeful that with time and care I’ll fully recover.’
Leticia credited her family for supporting her through her road to recovery.

The American Pickers star and Leticia have been in a relationship for the past four years
She also expressed her appreciation for being alive, adding that she and Mike are ‘endlessly grateful that we are still here.’
Mike has been in a relationship with Leticia since 2021, the same year his divorce from ex-wife Jodi Catherine Wolfe was finalized.
News of their crash first emerged last weekend when Mike revealed they were in hospital.
‘By the grace of God, we’re both safe and okay,’ he said.
‘We are both receiving excellent care, and while Leticia is still in the hospital, she is expected to make a full recovery.
‘Thank you for respecting our privacy at this time, and we appreciate all of your love (and) prayers. God bless.’
