Courtney Stodden didn’t let a bandaged nose keep her from slipping back into a string bikini and snapping a boudoir selfie less than a week after undergoing a revision rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and facial fat grafting.
‘No gatekeeping here!’ the 31-year-old former teen bride – who boasts 597K social media followers – captioned her Instagram Wednesday.
‘This has been the easiest recovery process thank you so much [Dr. Gary Motykie] and the entire team. I feel so amazing just one week post-op. I can’t wait to get the cast off for the big reveal.
‘I can breathe so much better I literally can smell everything so everybody better smell really good if you’re around me.’
The West Hollywood plastic surgeon took to the comments to tell Courtney she was ‘doing so well’ and he stressed the importance of the recovery process: ‘Excited for the big reveal ahead.’
Stodden replied: ‘I can literally smell every single aspect of life and it’s incredible. I can’t believe I was living the way I was living before.’

The blonde bombshell – who reportedly paid $20K for the cosmetic procedures – also posted a TikTok video of herself set to the viral ‘Makayla Did’ audio.
‘Girl, don’t do it. It’s not worth it. I’m not gonna do it. Girl, I was just thinking about it. I’m not gonna do it,’ Courtney smiled, winked, and stuck out her tongue.
‘I did it!’
On Monday, Stodden revealed the reason why she decided to go under the knife again following her 2016 nose job to remove a bump she was self-conscious about.
‘I recently underwent a septoplasty procedure to correct ongoing breathing issues I’ve struggled with for years,’ the real-life pin-up exclusively told Daily Mail.
‘While I was in surgery, I also opted for a very minor revision to the outside of my nose. This was not a dramatic cosmetic change, but more of a small refinement while addressing my health concerns. I’m feeling so much better already and grateful to finally be breathing easier.’
Courtney has also previously admitted to having a breast augmentation surgery in 2013 at age 18, 14 years of lip fillers (which she dissolved in May), and porcelain veneers.
Stodden and her second husband – four-time Emmy winner Jared Safier – co-produced director D’Angela Proctor’s biopic The Courtney Stodden Story: I Was a Child Bride, which premiered last Saturday on Lifetime.
The made-for-TV movie is about the Washington State-born vegan’s scandalous decade-long marriage to Green Mile alum Doug Hutchison, and their divorce was finalized in 2020.

‘This movie made me realize how broken I’ve been but also how strong I’ve had to be,’ Stodden wrote on September 18.
‘I thought I was healed until I sat down and watched it. The truth is my pain doesn’t feel like it has a beginning or an end. I slipped. After three months without alcohol I had a few drinks. I’m not proud but I’m human and that’s okay. Healing isn’t perfect.’
The former singer previously had an acting role in B. Harrison Smith’s thriller Fatal Detour, which premiered last month on BET+, and her 42-year-old hubbie executive produced that one too.
Courtney wed Jared on December 3 after two-and-a-half years of dating.
Stodden and Safier suffered the tragic loss of their child at ‘around 10 weeks’ in May 2024.
