Shakira and her sons made a rare red carpet appearance together on Thursday, attending the “Zootopia 2” premiere in Los Angeles.
The trio made a colorful statement in coordinated lavender outfits. Milan, 12, and Sasha Piqué Mebarak, 10, twinned in custom purple tuxedos with matching bow ties and bright white sneakers while mom, Shakira, wore a high-neck, long-sleeve dress in the same hue, featuring an asymmetric hemline with a high left leg line that revealed strappy purple satin heels below.
Her long hair was in a high ponytail with two strands framing her face.
Stella McCartney designed all three ensembles.
The singer is finishing up her “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran” tour, which began last February and ends on Dec. 11.
Shakira doesn’t frequent red carpet events, so it’s particularly sweet that she not only brought her sons but also coordinated all their high-fashion looks for the family-friendly screening.
Last year, she shared that taking her sons to “Barbie” was a bust, saying that they “absolutely hated” it.
Hopefully, “Zootopia 2” was more of a hit.
