Liev Schreiber was seen for the first time since being hospitalized over mysterious health issues.
The “Perfect Couple” actor was spotted walking home in New York City with his wife, Taylor Neisen, Wednesday, per photos obtained by Page Six.
Scbreiber, 58, appeared to be in high spirits as he carried a few shopping bags and chatted with Neisen, who was smiling and walking their dog.
The “Ray Donovan” alum was dressed in a black coat layered over a black sweater, paired with dark pants and a black beanie hat.
Neisen, 32, matched his aesthetic in blue jeans, an oversized black blazer, black loafers and a bright yellow knit hat.
Their cheerful jaunt around the neighborhood came just three days after Schreiber was hospitalized in New York City after experiencing a “massive headache” on Sunday.
“Out of an abundance of caution, Liev went into the hospital for testing,” his rep told Page Six this week.
Fortunately, he was able to return to his usual activities after medical professionals gave him the go-ahead.
“And as of this afternoon, he has been cleared to return to work,” the rep said Monday.
A source told TMZ this weekend that Schreiber’s doctor advised him to “immediately” seek medical help and stay overnight at the hospital for monitoring.
He was reportedly able to walk and talk without any issues, though it’s unclear if he was experiencing any other irregular symptoms.
The actor was seen again on Thursday as he ran an errand to CVS.
Casually dressed in a brown suede coat and green baseball cap, Schreiber was seen carrying a small paper bag.
Schreiber and Neisen started dating in 2017 and tied the knot in June 2023. Two months later, they welcomed their daughter, Hazel Bee.
The Tony winner also shares two children — Sasha, 18, and Kai, 16 — with ex-partner Naomi Watts, whom he dated for 11 years until their breakup in 2016.
Watts went on to marry Billy Crudup in June 2023 — shortly before Schreiber and Neisen said “I Do.”
The “King Kong” actress and Crudup do not have any kids together, though the “Morning Show” star shares son William Atticus Parker with his ex-wife, Mary-Louise Parker.
