Zoe Saldaña cut an ethereal figure in a transparent ruffled dress for a new Vogue Mexico spread.
The “Emilia Pérez” star was pictured in black and white, wearing in a flowing, floor-length dress that moved freely in the dance-inspired photos published on Thursday, along with the reveal of her cover for the Vogue Mexico December 2025 issue.
The see-through boho-inspired Chloé gown featured puff sleeves, delicate ribbon details, and three tiers of ruffles. Saldaña, 47, layered the sheer look over a skin-baring white thong and styled her hair in elegant soft curls.
She accessorized with a simple yellow gold collar necklace and her wedding band. The actress went barefoot for the dreamy pics, which were set against a white seamless backdrop with soft studio lighting.
Saldaña struck several balletic poses, revealing her flawless, toned physique. On Friday, she took to Instagram to share a clip of herself dancing during the glam shoot.
The “Avatar” actress was also photographed in a tiny silk and lace romper styled under a trench coat with satin stilettos, all by Anthony Vaccarello for Saint Laurent. Her cover look featured a luxe purple pantsuit, which she paired with oversized cherry statement earrings, also by the French designer label.
Aside from the Chloé ensemble, the majority of images featured Saldaña modeling other pieces by Saint Laurent, including a figure-hugging black and blue bodysuit with a pair of metallic stiletto heels in one photo, and a black blouse with a red lace-trimmed mini skirt in another.
Saldaña loves to dance, which is why her Vogue Mexico photos are full of movement. The actress was previously caught dancing for the camera in a cheeky bikini upload via Instagram in May.
The “Guardians of the Galaxy” actress — who won an Oscar for “Emilia Pérez” in March — reflected on how her bold sense of style “keeps evolving through the years” in a 2022 interview.
“It’s a combination of how comfortable I feel in my body today, and how comfortable I truly want to feel while wearing an outfit,” the Golden Globe-winning actress explained to Elle at the time.
“When I was younger, I was a lot more edgy and I felt more curious to wear styles I hadn’t worn before,” Saldaña continued.
“Today, I have a very deep understanding of who I want to be and how I want to feel, so the clothes I wear are a reflection of this.”
She also shared that she’s giving herself “space to grow” as she ages.
“My body is a sculpture that I continue to chip at and mould throughout the years,” she told the outlet.
“I’m learning that my relationship with my body is deeper than I thought it would be. My body had my back when I was younger; I’m learning to have my body’s back today and moving forward. I’m giving myself more time, more kindness and more space to grow.’
