Kyle Cooke is denying his wife Amanda Batula’s claim that he slept at a fan’s apartment and “came home at like, 6:30 in the morning.”
“There’s no excuse for staying out as late as I did, but I want to be clear that I did not sleep at a fan’s apartment,” Cooke, 43, told People in a statement on Tuesday.
“I was at an event that Amanda chose not to attend, which moved to a bar and then to an after-party.”
“I don’t use anything to keep myself wired, so I think I ended up falling asleep on a couch, and suddenly it was almost 6 a.m.,” he added.
“Do I regret the situation? Absolutely. But that’s the truth and full extent of what happened,” he added.
A rep for Cooke did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Cooke and Batula’s marital problems took center stage in Bravo’s “Summer House” Season 10 trailer, which was released on Monday.
After Batula, 34, told her co-stars Lindsay Hubbard and Ciara Miller the story of her husband’s night out, Miller responded, “That’s f—king insane.”
In another scene, the couple’s marriage struggles seemed to get worse as they revealed their differing opinions about Cooke’s career as a traveling DJ.
“I wanted him to stop going out and partying, and he found a career where he goes out late and parties,” Batula said in the teaser.
Later, Cooke could be seen venting to his co-star Carl Radke.
“I played the biggest gig of my life, and Amanda couldn’t care less,” he said. “I don’t know what matters to her anymore.”
As Page Six previously reported in November, a source exclusively informed us that the Bravolebs could soon be heading for divorce.
The insider revealed that the pair were living separately while they work through the “challenging time” in their relationship.
However, the source insisted they “are not on a break” and “are both committed to working on their relationship.”
