Kerry Katona has reacted to pal Katie Price’s ‘bonkers’ wedding after she tied the knot with new husband Lee Andrews, days after getting engaged.
The former glamour model, 47, tied the knot for the fourth time last month when she married the businessman, 43, in an intimate ceremony in Dubai.
But despite his claims to be a multimillionaire businessman with links to Elon Musk, Lee’s facade has crumbled since the big day, with him being accused of using AI, working as an escort and having a colourful history with women.
Now Katie’s best friend Kerry has revealed her true thoughts on her nupitals as she called the TV personality ‘absolutely bonkers’.
Writing in the latest new! column, Kerry said: ‘Katie Price has got married for the fourth time, she says she’s met her Richard Gere.
‘As Katie’s friend I absolutely love and support her no matter what she does – but she’s absolutely bonkers. Kate just wants to be loved.

‘But, for me personally, I wouldn’t have got married. When I do get proposed to I want to make sure it’s forever.’
Both Katie and Kerry have had turbulent love lives and have been involved in several high-profile relationships over the years.
Kerry has been married three times. She wed Westlife singer Brian McFadden in 2002 before divorcing in 2006, then married former taxi driver Mark Croft in 2007. The couple split in 2011.
Kerry later married George Kay in 2014, though they separated in 2017. Tragically, he died from a drug overdose in July 2019.
Last year, Kerry split from fiancé Ryan Mahoney following a reported ‘breach of trust’, but has since found love with personal trainer Paolo Margaglione, 33, whom she met while appearing on E4’s Celebs Go Dating earlier this year.
Despite not always seeing eye to eye, Kerry, who is a mother to Molly, 24, Lilly-Sue, 22, Heidi, 18, Max, 17, and 11-year-old DJ, is said to be one of the few people Katie truly trusts.
It comes as it has emerged that Katie is starting to have doubts about her decision to marry a man, only days after meeting him.
Friends of Katie’s wider family have told Daily Mail that the mother-of-five is ‘beginning to be convinced’ that Lee might not be the man she thought he was, but that she is reluctant to admit it. You can read Katie Hind’s full report here.

It comes after the entrepreneur failed to fulfil his promise that he would fly to the UK on Thursday to reunite with his new bride as promised.
Lee said he intended to fly on Saturday after claiming he delayed his flight so he could search for properties for them to have a new home in the UAE.
While it is unclear if they couple are planning on splitting their time across two countries, Lee insisted he was excited to return to the UK to reunite with Katie.
The TV personality returned to England on her own for her children this week, just days after marrying Lee.
Lee shared on Instagram on Wednesday evening: ‘I’m going be meeting Katie tomorrow in the UK. I just need to wrap up a few things here.
‘She had to get back for her children because she’s a good mother and she’s lovely like that.’

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday to warn his new wife, she wrote: ‘Women look after women. I thought it was all a lie too until I had to find out the hard way… you want proof of everything, it’s waiting for you…’ and tagged Katie in the post.
Alana also shared a photo of herself in a bikini on the beach and wrote: ‘Catching flights not fiancés ❌ Somebody with your ex right now thinking they found the one @katieprice … more to come today’s news is just a warm up.
‘You guys wanted to know what he is all about? Well let me start to tell you …#runforthehills.’
Lee connected to Alana on Facebook last March and showered her with a Louis Vuitton handbag, Cartier jewellery and transferred thousands of pounds.
Alana said as soon as she posted a picture of their engagement, she was contacted by his estranged Russian wife Cezara and two other exes, who claimed he was a ‘liar’.
Despite their warnings, Alana, who has since branded him a ‘lying swindler’, said she thought their relationships had just ended badly as she ‘never had someone basically tell me that they love me the way he does’.
The Daily Mail contacted Lee and representatives of Katie for comment at the time.
Before Lee popped the question to Alana and then Katie, making him her ninth fiancé, he was married for several years to health and fitness coach Dina Taji, 41.
When Katie revealed her huge square-cut diamond ring, some suggested it was the same engagement ring he had given to his ex-wife, Dina.
Meanwhile, another of Lee’s exes, Crystal Janke, has claimed Lee hoodwinked her into handing over £123,000 to invest in his company, on the promise he could get a ‘return of £1million’.
The family nurse practitioner from Texas, who started a romance with Lee last May, claims she has been scammed and fears her money was spent by Lee on lavish gifts for Alana, who he was dating at the same time.
Crystal commented on Alana’s post, writing: ‘Keep smiling and soaking up every moment – you truly deserve it!’ to which Alana replied, telling her that ‘There is so much more to this story, karma’.

‘I’m sorry this happened to both of us, but we’re going to get through it- and we’ll come out on the other side stronger and empowered.’
Alana added on her Instagram Stories: ‘This man had me shrinking myself making me not want to speak up, telling me not to speak to my friends about how he acted because they all told me to leave him.
‘He even ruined some of my friendships pulled me away from people I love by protecting him. Made unlimited promises making me look as bad as him because I was on his side!!
‘Finally I get to speak freely and tell you all, I hope Katie listens I wish I had listened to all the others that warned me! Please ladies if you experience anything like this run a mile and more. Keep running!’
Crystal said she believes Lee had planned on proposing to her in the same way just two weeks before Alana’s engagement after they looked at rings together.
But her sister began to become suspicious of Lee and contacted a private investigator, who then revealed he was dating Alana at the same time.
Crystal said: ‘The PA then found his ex Dina and she said, ‘Run for the hills. He’s not who he says he is’. She said he scams people all the time.’
Crystal swiftly ended the relationship, contacted her bank and reported Lee to police as she said: ‘I know there’s no chance I’ll ever get this money back. Looking back I think, ‘How did I let him scam me?’ But he was so convincing.’
Lee told the Daily Mail that he did have a relationship with Alana, stating: ‘I gave her a lavish lifestyle. I invested in her real estate business. I have to dismiss all her claims.’
He added that he does have a heart condition but ‘I have never used this as leverage as a conversation to fake anything. It’s something that was bought up in conversation because I was with my partner’.
He added of Crystal that ‘I have never met the woman’ adding that he has ‘exchanged conversations and a couple of texts but I do not have any notion of her investing in me or sending me money. I have to dismiss that claim’.
The Sun claims to have seen texts from Lee to Crystal in which he says he was ‘dating a really famous person from the UK’ and wants to meet her in London to return her money.
