2026 Oscars: The full list of winners — updating live

The 2026 Oscars have been announced in Hollywood, marking the end of this year’s awards season.

In the end, the spoils were mostly shared by Ryan Coogler’s vampire horror Sinners and Paul Thomas Anderson’s caper One Battle After Another.

Michael B. Jordan banished Timothée Chalamet to win Best Actor for his standout lead performance in Coogler’s film, while Jessie Buckley unsurprisingly continued her awards season winning streak to claim Best Actress for her role in Hamnet.

Comedian Conan O’Brien returned as host for a second consecutive year, following a broadly well-received debut.

This year also introduced a new competitive award, Best Casting, expanding the total number of Oscars presented to 24. The category aims to recognise the creative contribution of casting directors, marking the first new Oscar category added in more than two decades.
