Stephen Baldwin on Tuesday suggested that an alien invasion will change the face of the country, in an Instagram post.

The 59-year-old actor appeared to be speaking in reaction to Sunday’s Academy Awards in Los Angeles, where the vampire drama Sinners took home four honors on a record-breaking 16 nominations.

The Massapequa, New York native wrote in the caption of his clip, ‘I can only imagine, sinners, One Bad Movie!!

‘After aliens come it’ll be a whole new different America and the leadership as I type these words is counting on you [pointing emoji] buying this movie ticket while they receive the box office marty supreme.’

Stephen added emojis of a clapper board; comedy and tragedy masks; and a ping pong paddle (a reference to the Marty Supreme storyline) to the post.

Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Stephen for further comment on the story.

Stephen, who’s been seen in movies such as The Usual Suspects, Born on the Fourth of July and Threesome, also spoke into the camera in the post.

‘Well here we are,’ Stephen, the father of supermodel Hailey Bieber, said. ‘Just want to say a quick congratulations to Tim Timmons … and Michael B. Jordan.’

He added of Jordan, who prevailed over Marty Supreme leading man Timothée Chalamet in the Best Actor category on Sunday: ‘Michael B. Jordan, what can you say about Michael B. Jordan?’

Stephen alluded to Jordan’s well-publicized trip to an In-N-Out Burger location after the event, following in the footsteps of others.

Stephen said: ‘In-N-Out burger, right? Why did he go to In-N-Out burger?’

In a subsequent St. Patrick’s Day-themed post, Stephen joked, ‘You say you want the truth? Alrighty then. Here goes nothing.’

He then joked in an Irish accent, ‘There’s leprechauns running the White House.’
