Trace tips and tricks

Here are some top tips from the Puzzles Editor to speed up your Trace solves.

First, study the letters to deduce what the word is. Once you have an idea of what the word might be it will be a lot easier to trace the path out.

Pay attention to what the first letter is, which you are given as a starting point, as it will help you decipher today’s answer.

Then you need to collect all the letters in order, while remembering to fill every cell in the grid, with the last cell being the word’s last letter.

Think carefully about your path so that you don’t accidentally leave sections of the grid impossible to fill.

If you get really stuck click the hint button, but beware it will add 30 seconds to your time.
