Video of Allison Holker’s 2018 arrest for public intoxication and disorderly conduct has been released for the first time.
DailyMail.com obtained exclusive body-camera footage showing the professional dancer directing a series of expletives at police officers and paramedics after arriving at Salt Lake City International Airport in Utah.
The footage emerged amid renewed scrutiny of Holker, who last month faced backlash after discussing her late husband Stephen “tWitch” Boss’ alleged drug addiction in an interview with People magazine promoting her memoir, This Far.
Holker, 36, said she discovered evidence of Stephen’s drug use shortly before his funeral. The former Ellen DeGeneres Show DJ died by suicide on December 13, 2022.
She said she found a “cornucopia” of drugs hidden in his shoeboxes, including mushrooms, pills and “other substances” she had to research on her phone.
Holker has not previously discussed the details of the arrest, during which officers said she appeared to be “very intoxicated.”

Salt Lake City officers tried to get the dancer to answer “simple questions,” but she challenged them instead and insisted she had done “nothing”
The footage, recorded on September 14, 2018, begins with airport employees, police and paramedics confronting Holker after she was allegedly found unconscious aboard her Delta flight.
Speaking in a rambling manner, she told the personnel, “I have family in other states. You guys know that I live here. You guys are fine without me. And I’m okay.
“I just don’t need people to tell me where I need to go or not. I’m okay as a person. As a female, I’m okay by myself… No, I don’t have a connecting flight.”
When staff explained that she had to be awakened after the plane landed, Holker appeared incredulous. “Wake me up? I’m f**king woke as f**king f**k,” she responded.
As an officer tried to arrange a medical assessment, Holker said, “You guys are crazy. I’m not unconscious.”
“You know that I travel almost every single f**king week over the week,” she added.
When one officer told the Dancing With the Stars alum, “You’re not right in the brain,” she appeared confused and replied, “Oh my gosh, I had too much to drink? Are you f**king serious?
“Why are you f**king kidding me? I don’t f**king live here.”
The choreographer appeared confused about why police and paramedics were creating a scene at the airport, according to the footage obtained by DailyMail.com
Holker tried to leave with her belongings, but officers stopped her because they were concerned about her safety
Holker sat down and called her husband, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, placing him on speakerphone
Officers explained to tWitch why they were keeping Holker from leaving. She warned them not to touch her phone and told her husband she was surrounded by seven men
When Holker attempted to walk away with her carry-on luggage, tote bag and a book, police and paramedics followed her. They repeatedly asked her to answer “simple questions” as they assessed whether she was safe.
“You are so rude!” Holker told the officers after being instructed to respond.
“I grew up here in Utah. I come here and visit my family in town. Oh my gosh, this is so crazy.”
Paramedics told Holker she needed to go to the hospital, but she refused and became emotional. They said she was “not acting normal” as the confrontation unfolded near an airport gate, where fewer than 10 people appeared to be present. The arrest took place at approximately 11:30 p.m., when the area was relatively quiet.
“Unless you can answer my questions, you are not fit to make decisions for yourself and we need to take you to the hospital,” an officer told her.
Holker eventually sat beside another person, whose identity was blurred in the video.
She shouted at officers not to touch her belongings and repeatedly demanded that they “go away.”
She then called her husband, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, who was likely in Los Angeles at the time, where the couple lived.
Boss’ voice was not clearly audible, but he appeared to listen as Holker and the officers spoke

Officers ultimately arrested Holker on suspicion of public intoxication and disorderly conduct
Holker told Boss, “I am being escorted out by security right now. I am f**king freaking the f**k out… I was one of the first f**king people off of the plane.”
She placed Boss on speakerphone so he could speak with the officers. When they asked whether he was coming to collect his wife, Holker replied, “I told you I live here. I have family here. I’m not being picked here.”
Asked how she planned to get home, she avoided giving a direct answer. “These are not normal questions for someone!” she said.

Holker warned officers not to touch her phone and tried to explain to Boss—whose voice is difficult to make out in the footage—that seven men were surrounding her. She insisted, “I have done nothing.”
The officers told Boss that airport staff had reported Holker ordered a glass of wine and spilled it over herself.
Holker offered a different account, saying, “I knocked over the passenger’s glass boarding the flight because I had my bag.”
She continued to struggle with basic questions, including what month it was and the day of the week. While Boss remained on speakerphone, a paramedic took her phone away.
The situation escalated as officers moved to arrest Holker. She began crying and appeared increasingly distressed.
Holker continued shouting at the officers, saying, “This is insane” and “I have never done anything!”
In an emotional exchange, Holker said she was in Utah for a friend’s baby shower, offering a different explanation from her earlier comments
“Oh my gosh, don’t take my phone from me! You don’t—oh my God, Stephen… No, oh my God, oh my God. Stephen, oh my God. What are you guys doing? I haven’t done anything!” she shouted as officers escorted her away from the gate.
An officer told her, “You’re being detained for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.”
Holker continued repeating “oh my God,” “this is insane” and “I have never done anything!” She also asked, “Guys, what did I do?”
Officers eventually led her through an emergency exit and took her to a police vehicle.
Before getting into the car, Holker offered yet another explanation for her trip, saying, “I came here for a baby shower just to see my friend’s baby and I was supposed to leave. That’s the only reason why I’m here.”
DailyMail.com has contacted Holker’s representative for comment.
The police report obtained by DailyMail.com largely mirrors the events shown in the footage.
Officers described Holker as “very intoxicated,” writing that they “quickly smelled a strong odor of alcohol” and observed that she had “blood-shot and glossy eyes.”
Holker was eventually released after being taken to the police station. Her mother picked her up because her husband was apparently in another state, as pictured in 2020

The report also said Holker “resisted arrest.” During a search that was not captured on video, officers said she appeared to have difficulty standing upright and “almost lost her balance and fell backwards.”
At the police station, officers said they made several attempts to explain what was happening. However, they reported that Holker was “not responding in a rational manner” and could not answer questions appropriately.
Holker eventually provided her mother’s phone number. After officers contacted her mother, the Utah native was released and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct at approximately 4 a.m. on September 15, 2018.
She came close to being taken to jail because of what officers described as her “continued belligerent behavior and unwillingness to cooperate.”
“As I was preparing to transport her to jail, I made one last attempt to explain to her what needed to be accomplished in order to release her. She decided to listen and cooperate with her release procedures,” the officer wrote.
The report concluded: “Allison turned a routine and simple evaluation by medical staff into a volatile and tumultuous incident that caused much public alarm.”
Holker, a mother of three, was scheduled to appear for arraignment on September 28. After she failed to appear, a warrant was issued on October 2.
Three years passed without activity in the case before Salt Lake County filed a “Notice of Order to Show Cause on Cases with Aging Pre-Adjudication Warrants.”
Holker faced further criticism before the book’s release after publishing private journal entries written by Boss
Holker’s memoir, This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light, is scheduled for release on February 4
The warrant was recalled, and the case was ultimately dismissed on October 20, 2021.
Holker’s memoir, This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light, is scheduled for release on February 4. The author has faced mounting criticism over the publication of private journal entries from Boss’ past, including an entry suggesting he may have been sexually abused by a male figure during childhood.
A source told DailyMail.com that Boss’ family is “fired up” and “won’t be sitting back much longer.” The family is also reportedly “furious” that it was not given an advance copy of the book.
Responding to the criticism, Holker said her “only intention” in writing the 240-page memoir was to help others recognize “some [of] the red flags that I missed before it’s too late.”
“My hope is that we don’t need to lose another husband, brother, father, or friend to suicide,” she wrote on her Instagram Story in January.
“I believe that if Stephen were able to choose, he would choose to have his story told if it meant saving even one life. Much love to all those who have supported our family these many years.”
Holker also said she would donate all proceeds from the book to Move with Kindness, the mental-health-focused foundation she established in Boss’ honor.
It remains unclear whether the memoir includes any account of Holker’s 2018 arrest.
