Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard have finalized their divorce nearly three years after the model filed, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
Court records show that a judgment was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on July 22, legally declaring Emily, 34, and Sebastian, 44, single.
A qualified medical child support order was filed the same day. However, New York divorce records are private, and no additional details were made public.
The proceedings appeared close to completion in December, when Emily’s attorney filed several documents, including a proposed qualified medical child support order, a certificate of dissolution and a proposed judgment of divorce. The proposed judgment was later returned for corrections.
A settlement also appeared to have been reached at the time, as a settlement document was filed in December. Its contents have not been disclosed publicly.

The former couple separated in July 2022 amid accusations that Sebastian had been a “serial cheater.”
They share a son, Sylvester Apollo Bear, who was born in March 2021. The four-year-old occasionally appears on his famous mother’s social media accounts, including in posts showing him traveling internationally with her.
Sylvester reportedly lives with Emily full-time and sees his father several times a week.
After filing for divorce, the My Body author said she had “not had the courage to leave” her former husband “for a long time.”
“I was really, really unhappy,” she said while discussing the end of her marriage on Dear Media’s Going Mental podcast with Eileen Kelly.
Emily explained that the strain of her unhappiness began affecting her physically. “I was like 100 pounds, and I had just had a baby. I got really skinny because I was not okay,” she recalled.
She also said she had been “trying everything” to overcome her depression.
“I tried to take antidepressants. I was sure there was something wrong with me.”

“I think so much of what I learned coming out of that relationship is to trust your instincts,” she said.
In a November 2023 interview with Vogue Australia, Emily suggested that she might write a book about divorce to challenge some of the “stigma” surrounding it.
“I can’t believe there aren’t more books about first marriages failing,” she said. “I’ve read a lot of literature about divorce, but it tends to be about families ending after children have grown up.”
“I do think so many women are divorcing at younger ages, and it’s such a taboo and there’s such stigma around it.”
The Entourage actress said women today are often more financially independent and less likely to feel they must remain in unhappy relationships.
“Our world has changed so much because women are making, if not the same amount of pay, more money than their partners. And then also carrying the burden of the emotional and physical responsibilities, the labour at home,” she said.
Sebastian has largely stayed out of the public eye, particularly after two teenage girls accused him of sexual misconduct. They alleged that he “groomed” them through Instagram before having sex with them.
Meanwhile, Emily appears to be enjoying dating and embracing life as a “chic” divorcee.
