Early life and education
Andrea was raised in Alliance alongside her two siblings by their Malaysian parents, about whom not a lot is known, because Andrea respects their privacy. Andrea learned Malaysian national language Bahasa Malay while growing up, and that her mother taught her and her siblings various Malaysian traditions, not wanting them to forget their roots.
She studied at St. Thomas Aquinas High School, and was physically highly active during her four years there, as she was on her school’s track and field team, and also played soccer; Andrea set a couple of school records, and was made a representative in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Adidas All-Region III team.
She matriculated in 2006, and continued her education at Kent State University, from which she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology in 2010, then attained a Master’s degree in physical therapy from Old Dominion University in 2012.
Andrea’s career
Andrea has been working as a physical therapist for around a decade now, and has spent most of this time in the US states of Virginia and Connecticut; she eventually moved to California, where she’s working today.
