While there is no official report or announcement of the real reason behind Lil Kawaii’s death, Lil Tracy’s emotional video suggests that his death could be drug related. On her Instagram stories, Lil Tracy posted many photos of him alongside Lil Kawaii, either together or of the deceased musician in work mode.
