Baby on board: Alyssa Scott shared lovely photos of her Christmas tree setup and her daughter Zeela, four, on Thursday. The model is expecting her third child with Nick Cannon, after their son Zen died in December 2021 of a brain tumor

Nick Cannon‘s baby mama Alyssa Scott gave her 278K Instagram followers a look at her lovely holiday decorations and growing baby bump in a series of images posted on Thursday.

The 29-year-old model rested her hand on her burgeoning tummy in one of the adorable snaps, which featured her four-year-old daughter Zeela, who comes from a previous relationship.

Missing from the Christmas photos was the father of her next child, Cannon, who revealed in November that they were expecting their second child together with a nude bathtub photoshoot.

In her latest photos, Alyssa looked effortlessly elegant in a holiday-appropriate red maxi dress.

She was seated on the arm of a small white sofa and placed one hand on her bump.

Another photo in the post, which she captioned solely with red heart emojis, showed her on her knees as she leaned in to adorably touch noses with Zeela while beaming ear to ear.

The photo also revealed her silver open-toe heels, which were decorated with pearl-covered straps.

She also highlighted the plunging backless side of her dress, which culminated in a ruched section over her pert derriere.

Alyssa turned toward the camera to show off her winning smile in a third photo.

Other posts from around the same time highlighted her stunning dress and showed her caramel-colored locks tied in a low slung bun, which she tied a bow to.

Her opulent tree was covered in tasteful decorations and white lights, and the skirt was covered with a healthy spread of wrapped gifts.

Alyssa upcoming child is her second with Nick, following the tragic loss of their son Zen on December 5, 2021.

The little boy, who was just five months old at the time, had suffered from a rapidly growing brain tumor.

Difficult decision: Nick revealed last week on The Checkup with Dr. David Agus that he and Alyssa opted not to give Zen chemotherapy, as it was unlikely to extend his life much and he would have never left the hospital again; seen November 17 in LA

Cannon, who knew how debilitating the effects of chemotherapy could be even on an adult after he went through the therapy to treat his lupus, said that his son would have spent the remainder of his time in a hospital and would have never come home if they opted for the treatments.

Nick previously shared that he and Alyssa opted not to treat their son with chemotherapy, as they were told by doctors that it was unlikely to extended his life significantly but would drastically decrease the quality of his remaining time.

‘Seeing your son hooked up to all of those machines — and he had to go for a shunt two or three times, and that was heartbreaking every time — even in that short amount of time, I couldn’t imagine him having to go through chemo,’ he said on the Paramount+ series The Checkup with Dr. David Agus.
