Phoebe Burgess was noticeably absent from the red carpet at the Women of the Year Awards last night, despite sharing snaps from the ritzy event on Instagram.
And it turns out the former WAG wasn’t just camera shy, and in fact only missed out on her photo opportunity because she was running late.
Despite being billed as one of the VIP guests, she failed to arrive with the other celebrities because she got lost in a multi-storey car park.

But she didn’t share any professional red carpet pictures because by the time she arrived the snappers had packed up and gone home.
By way of an explanation, the podcast host uploaded a video of herself walking through a car park in Sydney’s CBD, and wrote: ‘Ran so late. I got lost in a city car park, the lifts are closed and I missed the carpet.’
‘Standard Phoebe,’ she added.
