Police granted more time to question woman, 40, arrested on suspicion of murder after man in his 60s

CCTV footage has emerged of the final moments of a pensioner suffering from Parkinson’s disease before he was murdered outside a Tesco superstore for his mobility scooter.

Neil Shadwick was found unresponsive and without his scooter in the supermarket car park in Stroud, Gloucestershire, shortly before 6am on Sunday.

He was rushed to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital by paramedics, but died later the same day.

A security video clip showed a man believed to be Shadwick driving up to a cashpoint with a woman in a long grey coat on the back of his scooter.

The man gingerly climbed off the scooter before withdrawing money, while the woman stood around impatiently. The pair then clambered back on the scooter and drove away.
