The couple, who have been together since 2013, went for a dinner date before going for an evening stroll.
Music mogul Simon, 62, cut a casual figure for the day as he sported a black T-shirt with a pair of matching trainers and white shorts.

Lauren, 45, looked typically stylish in a beige, off the shoulder long-sleeved top which she wore with white jeans.
Cinching her waist with a tan belt, the socialite added height to her frame with open-toed heels.
Letting her brunette locks fall loose down her shoulders, Lauren also sported a pair of sunglasses.
The outing comes after Simon was left in fear for his nether regions as he took part in a dangerous whip stunt with a contestant on the auditions for America’s Got Talent.

The media personality appeared in Tuesday’s episode where Jack The Whipper took to the stage to try his luck at reaching the live shows.
He asked Simon to come on stage and squat down, before balancing a straw between his knees.
Jack then used his whip to skillfully snap the straw in two, narrowly missing harming the talent show judge.
While judges Sofía Vergara and Heidi Klum fell about laughing, a terrified Simon mouthed: ‘I shouldn’t have done this’.

He later commented: ‘They were laughing so much I nearly had my what’s-its whipped off and they were in hysterical laughter.
Speaking to The Sun ahead of the airing of the episode, whip maestro Jack Lepiarz, 34, from Boston said: ‘I was terrified at the time too.
‘I wasn’t sure what would happen if I hit Simon with a whip. I have practiced it hundreds of times and I’ve had one mess-up. I was horrified at the thought of that.’
