Additionally, The Times reported in a report that the league had already notified clubs of the proposals this week.

Formula 1: Drive To Survive

Formula 1: Drive To Survive has gained a lot of popularity on Netflix with four seasons released so far.

The series covers each season of Formula 1 and covers all the twists and turns, with different teams and drivers central to the campaign.

‘Drive To Survive’ will fuel unprecedented demand for British GP tickets
The popular Netflix show gives you a behind-the-scenes look at motorsport. How it became such a success that Silverstone’s chief executive, Stuart Pringle, claimed this week that it was the reason for the unprecedented demand for British Grand Prix tickets.

After seven days of sales, 75 percent of our inventory was sold – as many tickets as were sold in 32 weeks last year.

We know we’ve seen demand like we’ve never seen before.

Several factors have contributed to this: the fourth season of Drive to Survive on Netflix is doing a great job of building wider interest, and any Formula 1 promoter around the world will tell you they feel the benefit.

PL-style Netflix series “Drive To Survive”

After the success of the F1 series, British production company Box To Box Films, which produced it, wants to make a PL version.

Box To Box Films is also known for making the boxing series ‘The Kings’ as well as Make Us Dream – a documentary about Steven Gerrard.

Apparently the production company has already contacted PL clubs about their plans. Despite the news, there are still plenty of details for all parties to figure out. One such issue is how many access clubs will provide behind-the-scenes footage in particular, as well as highlights screening rights.

All these matters will involve a collective decision made by the 20 clubs. The Premier League and the production company have so far declined to comment.

The new PL Netflix series looks to be an exciting prospect, as previous similar shows have already proven.

Featuring series on Manchester City, Tottenham and Arsenal, Amazon’s All Or Nothing series has been incredibly popular with football fans since its release.
