Whilst London rent prices are soaring – this tiny studio still costs £330 more than the average rent for the area, according to rental website SpareRoom. 

Rents in London also reached a new record average of £2,257 a month this quarter.

Annual growth in asking rents in London is now at 15.8 per cent, the fastest ever rate of any region.

The increases are being attributed to a shortage of properties to rent combined with high demand from tenants.  

Despite the small size of the flat, the landlord’s advert suggests that two tenants can live in the property. 

There’s no garden or parking available, however the property is pet friendly.  

Bills are not included, and the deposit is the same as one month’s rent – £1,146.85.

The minimum tenancy agreement is for 12 months and the studio is available to rent now.
