Nella Rose has been removed from the I’m A Celebrity campsite to be treated by on-site professional medics and is exempt from the next Trial.
The TikTok sensation, 26, was noticeably absent in tonight’s live segment of the show which was filmed between 7am and 8am on Tuesday morning in Australia, so she left the camp early.
An ITV spokesperson confirmed to MailOnline: ‘For medical reasons, Nella Rose is being treated by the show’s on-site medics and will be returning to camp shortly. As a result, she is exempt from the next trial.’
Earlier in tonight’s episode, the public voted Nella in for her sixth Bushtucker Trial alongside the champion jockey Frankie Dettori but viewers claimed they missed out on winning any stars because of how slow Nella was.
Addressing her absence in the live segment on air Ant and Dec said: ‘Now unfortunately, Nella is being seen by the medic so she’ll be back later, but it means she’s now exempt from this trial. So let’s go in there and see who will be doing it.’

Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard, 48, was voted for tomorrow night’s Bushtucker Trial – the first one he will undergo – alongside Nigel Farage, 59, who was embroiled in a race debate with Nella on tonight’s episode.
Viewers who had voted Nella for the Trial were left outraged and took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their annoyance after the YouTube star showed no signs of illness during the episode.
One person on X, formerly known as Twitter: ‘Nella Rose is now exempt after the votes have been counted. What a FIX!’
‘Are they taking the p**s? Nella Rose is all of a sudden exempt after the votes have been counted?’, wrote someone else.
Another added: ‘Nella Rose exempt from another Trial. I reckon the producers have pulled her aside to tell her to stop acting the way she is, she’s doing my head in.’
While someone else posted: ‘Exempt my a*se. Producers are just fed up with her balsing it up.’
‘Very disappointed in you I’m A Celebrity, surely you knew Nella was exempt from the Trial during the voting window,’ shared another viewer.

It comes after Nella and Nigel had another tense exchange on Tuesday night’s instalment.
The ex-UKIP leader, 59, and YouTuber, 26, have very opposing political opinions and have previously fallen out in camp over issues such as immigration and Brexit.
The conversation kicked off over a discussion over Jamaicans pronouncing ‘water’ as ‘wata’ – after Jamie Lynn began to ask questions.
Nigel was quick to get involved, telling Fred Sirieix: ‘If you said that, they’d call it cultural appropriation, Fred.’
The conversation soon broadened out into a general discussion over cultural appropriation, which ended with Nella branding Nigel as ‘ignorant’ and ‘deluded’, before refusing to speak to him as her trial approached.
Nigel made his views clear over accents, saying: ‘It’s when suits, they criticise when suits.

Nigel Farage and Nella Rose had another tense exchange on Tuesday night’s instalment of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Nigel was branded as ‘ignorant’ and ‘deluded’ by Nella
‘If a white person does a black accent, that’s considered to be a crime. That they should be cancelled.’
However, Nella was quick to explain: ‘It depends on what context. If you’re taking the p*** then you’re taking the p***. But if you’re not, then you’re not.’
Nigel then argued that if he ‘dressed as Mexican’ for a fancy dress party, the press would accuse him of ‘cultural appropriation’, saying he was baffled at why that is the case.
Nella said: ‘You can’t use somebody’s culture as a fancy dress costume. The Mexican outfit is traditional to them. It’s been in their culture for decades.’
A very resigned Nigel responded: ‘I do not know what the rules are Nella. I do not know.’
Later in the Bush Telegraph, he said: ‘There just seems to be this enormous confusion about what you can and can’t do, and what you can and can’t wear.
‘To be honest with you, I’m no further forwards as to what’s acceptable and what’s not.’

Speaking to Jamie Lynn Spears, Nella said she was ‘confused’ at Nigel’s views

Viewers were left divided over who to side with during the tense debate
Nella later discussed the disagreement with Jamie Lynn. She continued: ‘It doesn’t bother me because I expect it from him. But it’s the delusion that confuses me.
‘It’s the ignorance of like, not caring about other cultures.
She added in the Bush Telegraph: ‘When Nigel was speaking I was just so disappointed in him because we were getting on so well.’
Viewers were once again left divided by the tense exchange, as one argued ‘Nella is 100% right in this situation.’
A second said: ‘Man shut up, she’s right.’
However another argued: ‘I just can’t stand the fact Nella won’t just speak to him about what he’s done wrong. Stop walking away giving people the cold shoulder.’
Nella was then voted to do the latest Misery Hotel trial, alongside jockey Frankie Dettori.
Nigel made overtures to make up with the social media sensation and asked if she was OK.
However, Nella was worried about the trial and admitted: ‘Speaking to Nigel was the last thing I wanted to do.’
In a previous row, Nella claimed that black people ‘don’t like’ Nigel.
She said to the former UKIP leader that he is also ‘anti-immigrant’ and ‘wants all them gone’.
She added: ‘I’m one of them’ – a nod to her birth in Belgium to Congolese parents before arriving in the UK in 2009.
Mr Farage then asked her: ‘Who told you that?’, to which Nella replied: ‘The internet’. Mr Farage exclaimed: ‘Oh, well there we are then it must be true’. Nella then said: ‘It must be! OK, but then why don’t black people like you?’
‘If you came with me through South London, you’d be astonished’, Farage hit back.
Former City broker Nigel led UKIP – the UK Independence Party – from 2006 until 2009 and again from 2010 to 2016.
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! continues Wednesday 29 November at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
