A 15-year-old Wisconsin boy was arrested for the murder of his mother in Caledonia Tuesday night.
Caledonia Police said they were called to a home at about 10:30 p.m. on a report that a boy “had possibly killed his mother.”
The teen met the police officers at the front door and promptly surrendered.
Officers found the boy’s mother dead inside the home, suffering from stab wounds and blunt force trauma.
The boy was charged with homicide and remains in custody.
Police did not say who called 911 or if there were other people in the home at the time. They have also not named the victim or the suspect.
