BOLO: Level II Endangered Child Advisory Issued for Missing 13-Year-Old Florida Girl

Police in Florida are searching for a 13-year-old Prairieville girl who vanished over the weekend.

According to the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, Kaidyn Chevalie left her home off Perkins Road at around 3:15 p.m. Saturday. Police said she never returned home.

At 12:59 p.m. Tuesday, the Louisiana State Police issued a Level II endangered child/missing child advisory.

Kaidyn is described as a Black female who stands 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs around 113 pounds. She was last seen wearing blue jean shorts, a white Hello Kitty T-shirt, no shoes, and a pink hair bonnet.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office at (225) 621-4346 or call 911.

Officials issue a Level II advisory when they believe a child’s safety is at risk, but the circumstances do not meet the requirements for an AMBER Alert.
