BOLO: Silver Alert Issued for Missing ‘At-Risk’ California Man

Police in California are searching a 69-year-old Inglewood man, considered at-risk, who vanished Monday.

The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert Sunday, on behalf of the Inglewood Police Department, for Cortesio Morse, 69, of Los Angeles County.

Morse was last seen around 10 p.m. Monday night. His last known location was at Hindry Avenue and Arbor Vitae Street in Inglewood, according to CHP.

Morse is described as a Black man standing 6 feet, 1 inch tall. He weighs approximately 170 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes.

Morse was wearing a khaki hat, a beige-and-navy jacket, navy pants, and black shoes the last time seen.

It is believed that Morse is traveling on foot.

If you have any information on Morse or his whereabouts, police encourage you to contact 911.

According to CHP, a Silver Alert assists in getting immediate information to the helping, in an effort to assist missing “elderly, or developmentally or cognitively-impaired,” and/or those “determined to be at-risk.”
