California authorities arrested Britney Spears Wendesday for allegedly driving under the influence.
According to TMZ, California Highway Patrol arrested the 44-year-old Wednesday night in Ventura, for DUI. She was released the following morning as a “cite & release.”
Her court date is scheduled for March 4 at the Ventura County Superior Court, according to CBS 10.
Spears reportedly removed her Instagram page following the arrest.
The arrest comes after a 2025 incident in which Spears had been driving erratically after leaving restaurants, as CrimeOnline previously reported.
