California Woman Last Seen at a Gas Station Nearly 2 Weeks Ago – Crime Online

The parents of a missing California woman are asking the public’s help in finding her and fear the worst — that she might have been abducted.

Jolissa Fuentes, 22, was at a party at a friend’s house on August 6 and then went to her grandmother’s house to pick up a bag and some money.

She was last seen early on August 7 at an AM/PM gas station in Selma, her parents said.

“We think someone took her against her will,” her father, Joey Fuentes, told Fox News Digital.

“It’s not like her to take off and be gone, her mother, Norma Nunez, said. “She’s very social. She doesn’t miss work. We’re going on day number four of her missing work.”

Nunez said that Fuentes called her sister in Los Angeles about an hour and a half after she was at the gas station, but the sister didn’t pick up the phone.

Family members think she might have driven to a rural area of Selma that she frequently visits for “peace of mind” after a best friend died last year.

Fuentes drives a 2011 Hyundai Accent with California plate number 8MPU766.

The Selma Police Department has asked anyone with information to call Detective Richard Figueroa at 559-891-2243.
