Man, Baby Found Found Dead in Tennessee Home

Police in a suburban Nashville town are investigating after a man and an infant boy dead inside a home there.

Mt. Juliet Police said the two were found on Wednesday afternoon by a family members.

More details were not available.

“This evening’s tragic discovery weighs heavily on us all, especially during Christmas,” Police Chief Tyler Chandler said in a statement. “Our hearts are with the family affected as we conduct a thorough investigation into what occurred. We’re in the early stages, and more details will be shared when appropriate. For now, we ask the community to keep this family in your prayers during such a difficult time.”

Police said there was no threat to the public and that more information would be shared later.
