A pensioner has refused trying to smuggle eight Albanians into the UK in a engaged motorhome.

During a new pre-trial review hearing in Maidstone Crown Court upon Friday, Mr Kimber pleaded not guilty to one offence connected with assisting unlawful immigration.

But Judge Catherine Moore concluded that Ms Kimber, that sat in the dock ready husband, should not be arraigned within the exact same offence due to concerns around her health.
