PICTURED: Trespasser Arrested at Livestock Building Now Charged With Animal Sex Crimes

Police in Illinois arrested a man in Henry County this week, for sex crimes involving animals.

On Sunday, Henry County deputies responded to reports of a break-in at a livestock building in Genesco. Though the caller reported seeing a suspicious man in the building, responding officers did not locate him in the dwelling, according to KWQC.

However, police eventually found the alleged trespasser — identified as Mark Leihsing, 64. Police arrested Leihsing and booked him into jail on charges of burglary and sexual acts with an animal.

KWQC reported that Leihsing remains jailed pending a court hearing scheduled for Wednesday. It is unclear whether the animal sex crimes transpired at the livestock building he allegedly broke into Sunday.
