Ohio police are searching for a Cleveland girl who hasn’t been seen since Monday night.

According to the Cleveland Police Department, 11-year-old Toni Tyus was last seen around 11:30 p.m. She is believed to have left home on foot after walking away from her therapist earlier that day.

News 5 reports that officers from Cleveland, CMHA, and RTA were conducting a search around 2 a.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of East 40th Street and Kennard Avenue.

Toni is described as a Black female who stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs around 130 pounds. She was last seen with her hair braided and in ponytails and may have been wearing a school uniform (blue dress and white shoes) when she vanished.

Police said Toni has “limited communication skills,” according to NBC 3. Anyone with information on her whereabouts should contact 911.
