A reported associate of singer D4vd has been arrested for failing to appear as a witness, court records show.
Police arrested 23-year-old Neo Langston, a prominent streamer and one of D4vd’s (David Anthony Burke) purported friends, on Thursday, in Montana, according to TMZ.
The arrested occurred after a coordinated effort between the Helena Police Department and the Los Angeles Police Department.
Police have not confirmed whether the arrest is connected to the investigation into the death of Burke’s alleged underage girlfriend, Celeste Rivas. However, the arrest has been tied to a “Los Angeles homicide investigation,” the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
After appearing in court Friday, in Montana, Langston was transferred to the LAPD Metropolitan Detention Center, where he has been booked on a $60,000 bond.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Los Angeles police found Celeste’s remains on September 8, inside the trunk of Burke’s Tesla.
The vehicle had initially been parked near his former Hollywood Hills rental home, in the Bird Streets neighborhood. Police later found the vehicle at a tow yard in Hollywood, after residents contacted police about an abandoned car with a Texas license plate on September 6.
Celeste’s remains were found a day shy of her 15th birthday. Police are treated the case as a homicide.
