‘Stalker’ Streamer Harassed Teen Girl Online a Week Before Mowing Down Her & Friend With Car

A New Jersey boy who allegedly killed two girls with his car last week reportedly harassed one of the girls online days before the deadly incident.

The New York Times reported that the 17-year-old suspect — a video game streamer with tens of thousands of followers — sent pizzas to Maria Niotis, 17, and her mother. The suspect allegedly carried out the online prank a week before running over Niotis and Isabella Salas, 17, as they rode e-bikes in Cranford on September 29.

Authorities claim the suspect was driving 70 in a 25 zone when he ran over the two girls and drove away. Niotis’ family claims the suspect was targeting her, and had planned the deadly attack for months.

The teen boy was accused of stalking Niotis, who reportedly had a protective order against him. Reports indicated that he parked outside her home for three months and was never arrested.

A day after the deadly crash, he allegedly took to YouTube to claim he was bullied. During the livestream, he reportedly mentioned all the engagement he was receiving from viewers who admonished him for Salas and Niotis’ slayings.

“I’m a nice kid, I’m 17 years old with a good family by my side and these allegations that have been ruining everything it’s a shame,” he allegedly commented during the livestream.

The teen was arrested two days after Niotis and Salas’ deaths. Though he remains jailed on two counts of first-degree murder, he has not been charged as an adult.
