Woman survives attack which murdered her mother and six-year-old sister, Mill Park, Laurel

A little girl possesses miraculously survived a scary stabbing that left the mother and six-year-old sibling dead.

The 39-year-old female ran to a neighbour’s home for help when a male, 40, allegedly arrived at the home with a knife about Kellaway Crescent in Routine Park, north-east of Melbourne, on Thursday.

Emergency expert services arrived at 7.50pm, nevertheless the mother died on the picture while her daughter, six to eight, was taken to medical with critical injuries.

She died on Friday morning hours.

Her ten-year-old sister was able to escape the situation unharmed.

The man, which detectives believe is the girls’ father, self-harmed when law enforcement arrived and was taken up hospital in a critical problem.  

He can be under police guard and even detectives are waiting to schedule an appointment him. 

At the press conference on Thursday morning, Detective Inspector Leader Thomas said police consider the man was married towards the victim.

‘It is considered the 39-year-old victim leaped from her home towards the neighbour’s house for assistance, and she’s been receive claims from the offender,’ they said.

‘He is known to law enforcement.’  

Inspector Jones confirmed emergency services had been called to the address concerning 12.50pm on Thursday night – seven hours ahead of he allegedly stabbed his or her wife and daughter.

‘My wife are scared now after seeing almost everything.’

The incident sparked a big emergency response, including the SKÅDAS.

One woman who forced past the grisly scene mentioned there was a ‘man resting on the road’.

‘Didn’t great,’ she added.

Another said: ‘I drove approved as the police and succursale first got there.’

‘Stopped for a bit but it was a really scary scene.’

Kellaway Crescent seemed to be closed off with law enforcement vehicles blocking both concludes of the street as one stunned neighbour describing the views as a ‘circus.’

‘There must have been a quite a few people around and so they say they heard gunshots,’ another passer-by instructed the Herald Sun.
