Adam Levine is making a highly anticipated return to The Voice coaching panel for the first time since Season 16, and fans are eagerly awaiting his comeback. A behind-the-scenes photo from the new lineup has already started building excitement.
The Maroon 5 frontman will be seated in the famous red chair once again for Season 27, set to air in Spring 2025. However, fans won’t have to wait that long for new episodes as Season 26 premieres on Monday, September 23, 2024. Filming has already begun for Season 27 Blind Auditions, even though it’s months away.

Levine posted on Instagram last Friday (July 19), stating, First week of taping Season 27 of @nbcthevoice with these three is done, love them, it’s great to be back!
He shared a photo featuring himself with fellow coaches.
Apart from Levine, the Season 27 coaching lineup includes John Legend, returning coach Michael Bublé, and newcomer Kelsea Ballerini, who each add something fresh to the panel.

Comments flooded in after his Instagram post, with fans ecstatic about Levine’s return: Let’s gooo!

Levine was one of the original coaches when the show kicked off alongside Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, and CeeLo Green. Over the seasons, he’s secured wins with Javier Colon in Season 1, Tessanne Chin in Season 5, and Jordan Smith in Season 9—making him the third-winningest coach after Shelton (9 wins) and Kelly Clarkson (4 wins).

Recently, Ballerini also teased fans with some behind-the-scenes photos showing her new judge’s seat on The Voice set. While Season 27 will mark her first time as a permanent coach, she has previously filled in when Clarkson was ill.
As for Michael Bublé, he is set to debut as a coach in Season 26 alongside Reba McEntire, Snoop Dogg, and returning coach Gwen Stefani. Bublé isn’t new to The Voice; he previously participated as one of Shelton’s advisors back in Season 3.

This upcoming season will also be John Legend’s tenth overall. He’ll be aiming to capture another win; so far, he has achieved victory only once with Maelyn Jarmon in Season 16.
