Adrian Portelli has given away the five houses he purchased on The Block.

The entrepreneur splashed out a whopping $15.3million on the luxury Phillip Island homes in 2024.

Portelli, 36, co-hosted the giveaway, which was staged by his LMCT+ lottery company, alongside former 2013 Big Brother housemate Tahan Lew-Fatt.

The event was viewed online by over 20,000 fans on Saturday, according to Realestate.com.

A large crowd of onlookers on site were on hand to watch ‘Mr.Lambo’ call each winner, including school teacher Pavin, 43, who scored Brad and Kyle’s House 4, which Portelli purchased for $2.6million.

The 2024 season winner, built by sisters Charlotte and Maddy, was won by a woman called Donna, after Portelli had snapped it up last November for an eye-watering $3.4million.

Meanwhile, Josh, 22, from Western Australia won Ricky and Haydn’s $2.7million House 3.

Kristian and Mimi’s pad was won by a woman who told Portelli to ‘f*** off’ when he announced she had scored the $2.93million home.

Jason, 50, found out he was the lucky winner of Courtney and Grant’s $3.3million house while watching the livestream.

Last year, Adrian attempted to give away the entire compound in a record-breaking raffle.

The giveaway was earlier marred by technology issues which has forced him to postpone the announcement of the winner.

However, he got back on track 24 hours later with over 111,000 viewers tuning in on Facebook.

Portelli called the winner, a 34-year-old woman from Ballarat called Holly, to give her the good news that she had won.

‘Oh my God, no f**ing way. I didn’t watch the live on purpose because I thought it would be bad luck,’ she told Portelli during the call.

Holly opted to sleep on the choice between taking $8million in cash or keeping all five properties.

However, she later opted to take the cash, leaving Adrian still holding the homes.

It comes after Portelli’s Channel Seven rival to The Block hit a wall after builders uncovered a serious health risk on location in suburban Melbourne.

Sources close to the production revealed to the Daily Mail that the two homes purchased for the show by Portelli contained asbestos.

Insiders say that filming was shut down for two days in the last few weeks while experts were brought in to clean up the cancer-causing substance, before production could recommence.

‘Filming was stopped for a couple of days and everyone was sent home,’ a source familiar with the trouble-plagued reality show revealed.

Portelli, who is reportedly a ‘sponsor’ for MRR, used his company Xclusive Tech Pty Ltd to make the purchase – he then ‘donated’ the properties to the show.

Announced in July, My Reno Rules has been hyped by Portelli as a ‘rival’ to Nine’s ratings juggernaut The Block.

Portelli officially turned his back on Channel Nine’s The Block in July this year.

The entrepreneur, who spent over $30 million snapping up houses over the last three seasons of the show, shared a post to social media revealing he was leaving the series for good.
