A porn star has rocked the industry after revealing she takes her father’s ashes with her when she works on racy photo shoots.
Madelynn May was left crushed when her father Patrick died of cancer on December 18, 2024, at the age of 57.
The adult content creator, 23, who lives in the US, says her dad was her ‘best friend’ and it would be ‘rude’ to leave his remains behind while she goes to work.
‘I’m currently on a week-long road trip across the country and Dad’s urn is here with me, right now,’ she tells Daily Mail.
‘I like including him—dead or alive. We’ve been on podcasts, Instagram photoshoots, collaborations in California. He’s coming along for all of it.
‘Some people might find it odd to have an urn with their dad’s ashes sitting on the floor next to them while they do sexy poses in front of the camera—but I love it.’

Madelynn doesn’t go anywhere without her dad’s urn because he ‘was always the biggest supporter’ of her career.
‘Some parents judge their kids; my dad was all-in. He was my best friend, so he gets a front seat to my life—even if it has to be from an urn,’ she insists.
The adult model was devastated when her father became seriously ill in December last year, with his official diagnosis coming just days before his death.
‘It’s been really hard, he was my best friend. We were with each other all the time,’ she says, revealing he used to feature in her TikTok videos.
‘We went viral so many times. We probably have billions of views together.
‘Dad and I made our last TikTok together on December 8. Ten days later, he was gone.
‘I’m glad that I have the videos of us to re-watch whenever I miss him and that the whole world gets to enjoy his sparkle.’
However, Madelynn says sometimes the videos just aren’t enough.

The idea to take her father’s urn with her to work and on road trips came because she was travelling so often and she felt bad leaving him behind.
‘I can’t just leave the urn in my house alone for a month. Grief looks different for everyone. It just feels weird and rude to leave him—so I don’t,’ she says.
‘I get to have my dad with me, and he gets to spend his days surrounded by sexy adult models. I think he’d love it.’
Madelynn says she has two urns for her father, Patrick.
She keeps a large one in the gaming room of her house and carries a small one with her whenever she goes travelling for work.
