Alabama OT Kadyn Proctor has the NFL buzzing ahead of 2026 NFL Draft.

Former Alabama Crimson Tide offensive tackle Kadyn Proctor is one of the more polarizing prospects in the 2026 NFL Draft. Proctor had a bit of an up-and-down career in Tuscaloosa, but was much more consistent for the Tide in 2025 and appears to be on his way to becoming a first-round pick in late April.

On Wednesday, Proctor participated in Alabama’s Pro Day in front of some of the most important decision makers in the National Football League. According to Field Yates of ESPN, Proctor had “people buzzing” with his performance.

Kadyn Proctor Has Elite Traits

Proctor is a massive prospect standing at 6-foot-7 and weighing roughly 360 pounds. Anytime you have that type of size, NFL scouts are going to take notice. But Yates pointed out that what impressed scouts the most was Proctor’s movement skills during the on-field drills, calling them “exceptional”.

It’s extremely difficult to find guys who possess both elite size and elite athleticism, and that is exactly why Proctor is becoming a name to watch leading up to the draft.

Kadyn Proctor’s Draft Stock Rising

Proctor was already viewed as one of the top offensive linemen in the upcoming NFL Draft, but performances like this can significantly boost a prospect’s stock.

In fact, multiple teams have already shown interest in the Alabama standout, with visits and meetings lined up in the coming weeks.

His Pro Day showing only adds to the momentum.

Draft analysts have consistently pointed to Proctor’s upside as one of the highest in the class. When he’s technically sound, his combination of length, strength, and movement ability makes him extremely difficult to beat in the trenches.

Where Will Kadyn Proctor Be Drafted?

While there is still some uncertainty on where Proctor will be drafted, the consensus is that he will go somewhere in the middle portion of the first round.

Right now, the Detroit Lions appear to be the most popular landing spot for the former Alabama standout.

Regardless of where Proctor lands, an NFL team will be getting a physically impressive prospect with a ton of upside who could potentially turn into an All-Pro type player along the offensive line.
