Alec and Hilaria Baldwin are eyeing a Garden State move, a source tells Page Six.
We hear the couple are house hunting in the ritzy suburb of Montclair, a favorite amongst A-listers and media types.
The “30 Rock” star and the yoga instructor — who have seven children together— have also started applying to schools in the area, says a source.
Baldwin is no stranger to the enclave.
Alec’s 2008 movie, “Lymelife,” was filmed at the local high school.
Montclair is also home to Stephen Colbert, Michael Strahan, Patrick Wilson and make-up guru Bobbi Brown. Pittsburg Steelers player Aaron Rodgers moved nearby in 2023, buying a $9.5 million mansion.
Astronaut Buzz Aldrin was born there and the middle school is name after him.
It’s also home to the Montclair Film Festival, which counts Colbert, Julie Taymor and JJ Abrams as advisory board members.
Fans of the couple recently got an inside look at their real estate properties on their TLC reality show “The Baldwins.” Alec called their 4,137-square-foot Greenwich Village penthouse that he shares with their brood of kids, four dogs and four cats, “too small,” on the show.
The couple also has a home in Amagansett, Long Island.
In early December, they put the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Hamptons farmhouse on the market for $21 million.
The couple first listed the property in 2022 for $29 million and have taken it on and off the market before.
When we initially reached out to Hilaria’s rep he snarked, “What crazy, made up, insane story are you going to write to make her look bad? ‘Sources say she’s actually an alien from outer space?’”
When we told him what the story was about, he instead said, “no comment.”
