Anthony Carrigan is joining the cast of Peacock’s Twisted Metal as a Season 2 regular. He will play Calypso, a character from the Twisted Metal video games who is described as the mysterious, charismatic host and creator of a dangerous demolition derby tournament, who invites all assassins, vigilantes, mercenaries and joyriders to participate. Diving into Twisted Metal’s Storyline

Based on the popular PlayStation games, Twisted Metal stars Anthony Mackie as John Doe. Season 1 saw the motor-mouthed outsider offered a chance at a better life, but only if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package across a post-apocalyptic wasteland.

The first season follows John Doe alongside Stephanie Beatriz’s Quiet, navigating through savage marauders, including a deranged clown driving an all-too-familiar ice cream truck.
