These ski slope have some fresh moguls!

The owners of the luxury St. Regis in Aspen, Stephane De Baets and his wife Sabrina, have purchased two new properties in nearby Snowmass Village, Page Six has exclusively learned.

A source tells us De Baets has bought the Viewline Resort, with plans to make the ski-in, ski-out spot into a luxe destination.

They have also purchased the nearby 145-room Wildwood.

“Snowmass is the best skiing in Colorado,” De Baets tells us. “It’s the Yin of Aspen’s Yang.”

The hotelier tells us they’ll “bring soul to the properties, community events and a lot of fun.”

A local tells us that the area is big with snowboarders and has less of a party vibe than Aspen.

The St. Regis has become a major hotspot with the opening of Snow Lodge — an off shoot of Montauk’s popular Surf Lodge — during the winter season.

This year it saw guests including Katy Perry, Shaun White, and Riley Keough.

The closing weekend featured hip DJ Black Coffee who played in front of guests like Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, Miles Teller, J. Balvin, Julianne Hough, and famed polo player Nacho Figueras.

Page Six has learned that Jayma Cardoso’s chic spot will no longer be a pop-up, but will now be open year-round. And we hear that it’s working on some new ideas with de Baets.

Global financier and Chef’s Club owner Stephane and Sabrina – a former hospitality executive with André Balazs’ group of hotels – also purchased the historic Redstone Castle in 2022 and have been working to renovate the spot to make it into a wellness destination.

We hear there will be treatments from RAKxa Wellness Spa, a hydrotherapy center, a holistic center and top-of-the-line medical and nutritional care.

The 25,127 sq/ft castle was built in 1902 by coal and fuel magnate John Cleveland Osgood, one of the richest men at the time and known as a robber baron. It was visited by such illustrious guests as John D. Rockefeller, J. Pierpont Morgan and Teddy Roosevelt.
