A luxury pad on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast owned by musician Nick Broadhurst, ex-husband of ‘nude model’ Dina Broadhurst, has hit the market.
No price has been listed for the multi-level four-bedroom, three-bathroom designer home, which Nick owns with his wife, ‘wellness’ influencer Melissa Ambrosini.
Situated 2km from Noosa Heads CBD, the lavish spread is just minutes away from famed holiday destination Little Cove Beach.
Known as ‘Wyuna’, the property combines Mediterranean design features, such as soaring ‘Cathedral ceilings’ and grand archways, with what the couple have dubbed ‘Zen Minimalism’.
Features include spacious, uncluttered, open plan living areas, floor-to-ceiling windows and a self-cleaning built-in magnesium lap pool which boasts swim jets.

There’s also a sunken lounge with a gas fireplace and decorative landscaping featuring native plants.
Other features include cathedral ceilings, archways, a sunken lounge room with a gas fireplace, expanses of glass and feature landscaping featuring native plants.
Designed to create a ‘wellness experience’, the home boasts a hot and cold hydrogen plunge, hot coal sauna with red light and Cell State infrared therapy.
In addition, the couple fitted out the home with a sophisticated ‘Circadian’ lighting system that mimics natural light throughout the day.
The technology is intended to be in sympathy with a homeowner’s natural sleep cycles.
According to the listing, the home last sold in 2022 for $5,500,000, while the median price for a house in Noosa Heads is $2,350,000.
It comes after Nick’s ex Dina Broadhurst, 48, recently sold off a luxury Sydney property for $8.4million.
Dina, who owned the Darling Point home with her ex-partner Max Shepard, originally listed the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home for a whopping $11.5million.

Having first hitting the market in November 2024, the pad finally went under the hammer last month, after the high-flying artist was forced to slash the price to lure buyers.
Earlier this month it was revealed that Dina and Shepard took out two mortgages and a personal loan just to fund the renovation of the home.
According to realestate.com.au, Dina and Max, 32, originally financed the renovation project with a standard NAB mortgage.
Max also took out a $260,000 loan with veteran Sydney businessman Basil Sellers in 2022, with the amount owing at $358,000 just last month.
The home then underwent a ‘Cinderella transformation’ by designer Josh Knight from Glebe.
Dina and Max then split in mid-2023 after more than four years together, with the duo securing a second mortgage on the house the following year.
When Daily Mail Australia reached out to Dina for comment, she said: ‘Despite reducing the price to meet the market, the property sold for more than the cost of acquiring it and renovating.
‘Both Max and I were very happy with the result and we are both excited to move on to new ventures.’
The Etham Avenue garden apartment was originally meant to be sold at auction in December for double the $5.2million they paid in 2022.
The listing was soon pulled amid insider predictions the price tag would fall.
Dina exclusively claimed to Daily Mail Australia in January she made the move to yank the listing because she was not sure she wanted to part with it.
‘The property has been pulled for a few months as I am considering retaining the property for myself,’ she said.

‘I’m doing a trial living here over the summer until I work out if I will keep it or buy overseas next year instead.
‘The property has had ample interest and a decision will be made shortly as to whether we proceed with the sale or not.’
Dina pulled the newly renovated pad from the market just two months after it was listed, and one month before it was set to go to auction.
However, the socialite made headlines when she dramatically slashed the listing price by $3.1million this year.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was set to go to auction in June with a price guide of $8.4million.
However, it reportedly sold for $8million in pre-auction negotiations just hours before it was set to go under the hammer.
