Alright Chicago Bears fans, did someone organize a massive Pro Bowl voting campaign? The Bears have had one of their most successful seasons in recent franchise history, and fans made sure to hammer home their pride in the team in the Pro Bowl fan voting.

According to NFL insider Tom Pelissero, a Bears player led fan voting in 10 of the 20 positions available. In nine of those positions, the Bears player was the leading vote getter in the NFC.

Chiefs TE Travis Kelce, for the second consecutive season, led all players in fan balloting for the Pro Bowl Games, followed by Josh Allen, Drake Maye, Caleb Williams and Kevin Byard.

Chicago players who led voting for their position were C Drew Dalman, CB Nahshon Wright, FS Kevin Byard, G Joe Thuney, LB Tremaine Edmunds, P Tory Taylor, RB D’Andre Swift, RS Devin Duvernay, SS Jaquan Brisker, and OT Darnell Wright.

There were only two positions (fullback and kicker) that Chicago didn’t have a player finish in the top-10 in voting.

Pelissero also posted the final decision making process for the Pro Bowl rosters.

“Player selections for the Pro Bowl Games are determined by the consensus votes of fans, players and coaches, with each group’s vote counting as one-third toward determining the all-star players who will be selected to this year’s Pro Bowl Games,” Pelissero wrote. “NFL players and coaches voted on Friday. The AFC and NFC player rosters for the 2026 Pro Bowl Games will be announced [Tuesday] at 10 a.m. ET.”

Bears Win Thriller Over Green Bay in Week 16

Chicago clinched a playoff spot when the Detroit Lions lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday afternoon. It is the Bears first playoff berth since 2020.

Chicago won an overtime thriller over the Packers on Saturday, as it overcame a 10 point deficit late in the fourth quarter. Caleb Williams continued to take steps toward greatness with his late-game performance, throwing two spectacular touchdown passes late in the fourth quarter and then the walk-off winner in overtime.

“In a game like that, even though the odds are against us there late, we’re going to keep swinging and make some plays when we need to,” Bears head coach Ben Johnson said after the game.

“I told the guys in the locker room, and I’ll re-iterate it: this is a special group,” Johnson said. “You start feeling it, the belief coming. This group, I’m talking about coaches and players combined, it’s rare, it really is. I can’t say enough good things about the people in this building.”

Chicago Still Battling For Division, No. 1 Seed

Ben Johnson has led an unbelievable turnaround in Chicago this season, but the final two weeks will go a long way towards determining just how far this team can go in the playoffs.

A Bears win over San Francisco in week 17 would clinch the NFC North. Even if they lose, the only way they lose the division is if they lose their final two games and the Packers win their final two.

The No. 1 seed isn’t out of the picture either, though their chances are at just 14 percent. Seattle has a 12-3 record, one game above the Bears; Chicago would need to find a way to eclipse that record in the final two weeks.
