Booked and busy.
Blake Lively was all smiles at the star-studded Fendi event after settling her lawsuit with “It Ends With Us” co-star Justin Baldoni.
On Tuesday, the “Gossip Girl” actress was in person to celebrate the luxury fashion house’s Baguette® 26424 Re-Edition at its Madison Avenue flagship in New York City.
Lively grinned ear to ear as she posed for photographers after arriving at the event.
The Betty Buzz founder looked chic for the outing, wearing black jeans, a black bodysuit and a khaki trench coat.
She paired her look with black slingback heels and a Fendi purse.
An eyewitness told Page Six that Lively stayed at the event for a long time — way longer than most celebs do at brand events — and tried on a bunch of Fendi sunglasses.
We’re told the “A Simple Favor” star, 38, was in good spirits and thanked everyone who came up to meet her, chatting with fans and taking selfies with them.
Lively also spent some time talking with actress Olivia Wilde.
The “Age of Adaline” left the event wearing sunglasses and carrying her purchase in a Fendi shopping bag.
Lively’s latest outing comes more than two weeks after she settled her 2024 suit against Baldoni, in which the actress claimed the director, 42, sexually harassed her on the set of “It Ends With Us.”
Both Lively and the “Jane the Virgin” actor earned no money in their lawsuit settlement but sources told Page Six Hollywood that their legal teams made $60 million combined through the process.
Hours after the settlement made headlines, Lively attended the Met Gala 2026 solo — a move sources believe would kickstart her Hollywood revival.
“That was no accident – she knew all eyes would be on her and she wanted them to be,” a source told the Sun of the mom of four’s shocking appearance at fashion’s biggest night.
“It was a clear message that she had drawn a line on this awful saga and that she is ready to publicly move forward with her head held high, rather than hiding away,” the insider added.
The “Another Simple Favor” star reportedly has several projects in the works, including “The Survival List” and a big-screen adaptation of author Liane Moriarty’s “The Husband’s Secret.”
Lively is also set to star in the romance “The Making Of” alongside Richard Gere and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
