Chelsea Handler has urged men to undergo vasectomies rather than placing the responsibility for birth control on women.
The 51-year-old comic, who has proudly never married or had children, issued the message in a cheeky topless Instagram video she posted Friday.
She has previously poured scorn on ‘horny old men’ who ‘won’t stop spreading their seed,’ pointing the finger in particular at aging celebrity fathers like Al Pacino, 85, Robert De Niro, 82, Alec Baldwin, 67, and Elon Musk, 54.
Now the Uganda Be Kidding Me author has taken aim at ordinary ‘horny little pigs in blankets’ who ‘say things like: “But using a condom doesn’t feel so good,” or: “Can’t you just take birth control?” or: “Oops, I forgot to pull out.”‘
In response to such men, Handler shot back that IUDs ‘feel like a mousetrap in your uterus’ and birth control pills can have side effects including mood swings, acne and ‘a period that’s so heavy it feels like the Hoover Dam just broke.’
Handler offered up the slogan: ‘Vasectomies, one snip and that’s it,’ quipping that ‘if you can’t do that, then enjoy the company of your hand.’

The video showed her sitting topless in bed with her hands clamped over her breasts, in the process of ‘giving myself a mammogram,’ Handler chirped.
‘As a woman with natural breasts – not that that has anything to do with this – it is time to explore vasectomies! Since the beginning of time, women have been ducking and diving and dodging pregnancy face-first or Pikachu-first, and frankly, they’re exhausted,’ said the Chelsea Lately hostess.
‘We’ve had to listen to men say things like: “But using a condom doesn’t feel so good,” or: “Can’t you just take birth control?” or: “Oops, I forgot to pull out.”‘
Admonishing men for being ‘horny little pigs in blankets,’ she demanded: ‘Do you know how painful it is to get an IUD placed? It feels like a mousetrap in your uterus, and sometimes those things don’t even catch all the mice.’
Turning her attention to birth control pills, the New Jersey native said: ‘You think I wanna be an adult woman with acne, or have mood swings or get a period so heavy it feels like the Hoover Dam just broke? I don’t.’
She argued: ‘Everybody already hates women enough. I don’t need my insides to join in on the fun. Women are tired of making concessions for men, especially in the bedroom. We have already been through enough letting you wear socks while you penetrate us. So man up, men, and if you can’t do that, enjoy the company of your hands. Vasectomies, one snip and that’s it.’
Her video was met with roars of approval in the comments, where Pretty Little Liars alumna Ashley Benson gushed: ‘This is everything,’ The Kissing Booth star Joey King wrote: ‘My queen,’ and Jewel commented fire and clapping emojis.
‘That’s the first accurate description of what an IUD feels like…’ wrote podcast host Kelly Rizzo, the widow of comedy icon Bob Saget.

Handler went viral in 2023 for a video in which she slammed Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Alec Baldwin and Elon Musk for having masses of children and continuing to sire offspring in spite of their advancing ages.
‘There’s an epidemic sweeping the country and, no, it’s not another virus, it’s worse. Horny old men who won’t stop spreading their seed,’ she joked.
At that stage – June 2023 – De Niro was 79 with seven children, Pacino was 83 and expecting his fourth child, Baldwin was 65 with a recently born eighth child and Musk at the age of 51 had fathered a total of nine children.
‘Don’t get me started on these four horny old men who have never met a broken condom they didn’t like. They cannot stop procreating,’ Handler vamped.
