Georgia Toffolo has revealed the ‘relentless’ reality behind her acne battle aged 30 as she shared a candid clip to Instagram on Monday.
The former Made In Chelsea star has suffered from spots and scarring since she was a teenager and has said that it has always been her ‘biggest struggle’.
Now she has revealed that the ‘ups and downs’ of her skin quality have been ‘relentless’ over the last six months.
Georgia shared a montage of her flare-ups and confessed that her skin troubles have a direct impact on how she feels about herself.
She said: ‘I want to be honest with you all. My skin has always been my biggest struggle. Looking back through my skin diary from the past few months, the ups and downs are relentless.
‘Some days it feels all-consuming and I never thought that at thirty I’d still be battling acne. But what I have learnt is that progress doesn’t mean perfect.

‘It’s about showing myself kindness even on the really tough days, as you can see. If you’ve ever felt the same, I’d love you to share your story in the comments.’
Georgia has been open with her fans about her skin battle over the years, and in May, she confessed that the flare-ups had really knocked her confidence.
She shared a make-up-free selfie to Instagram to show her ‘real skin’ without the concealer of makeup.
Georgia previously told the Daily Mail that her stint on I’m a Celebrity was the start of her ‘weird little journey’ in embracing her natural skin, as makeup is not allowed in the jungle.
The star, who went on to win the show, said: ‘I was really nervous about doing that.
‘And it was so weird. I thought that my skin would have been a lot better, but it wasn’t.
‘Over the years I’ve figured out that, actually, all of the tests that I’ve had, everything I’ve tried skin flare-ups, very connected to stress levels.’
She previously said she didn’t feel totally herself on the show without her ‘war paint’.

She said: ‘My skin was something that made me feel less than confident, really. I had a bit of light trolling when I came out of the jungle.’
However, the star said that by discussing her skin publicly since then, she has been able to overcome some of her insecurities.
She added: ‘But I did this amazing feature on This Morning and it was really simple: I just took off my makeup.
‘I was so worried about what people would say about my acne. But I just carried on. I looked down the barrel of the camera.
‘I said some of the nasty things that I’ve read across socials, and it had such an impact.’
The NHS reports that the majority of people stop experiencing acne in their 20s, but in three percent of the population, it can persist over the age of 35.
