Gia Giudice suffers panic attack during tense 'Special Forces' challenge

Gia Giudice is pushed to her emotional and physical limits in a new preview of Fox’s “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.”

In the tense sneak peek, shared exclusively with Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea,” the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” daughter finds herself struggling to keep her composure before crawling through a narrow tunnel in the middle of the Moroccan desert — one of the show’s most claustrophobic challenges to date.

“I’m gonna have a panic attack,” Gia says as she tries to catch her breath before heading inside the tight passage. “Can I take off this helmet? Like, I can’t breathe.”

Sgt. Jason Fox — known on the show as DS Foxy — quickly steps in with some tough love, trying to help Gia push through her fear. “You can breathe,” he tells her. “You’re breathing now. You’re talking to me. Go on and get through there. Let’s go! No more excuses, let’s get in there!”

Despite the pressure, Gia seemingly manages to rally, determined to prove her strength. The 24-year-old “Next Gen NYC” star joined “Special Forces” Season 4 alongside her mom, “RHONJ” OG Teresa Giudice, marking the first time the mother-daughter duo has taken on such an intense experience together. (Teresa, 53, made an early exit from the show.)

The pair were chosen to be part of a select group of celebrities to brave the grueling military-style training course, which puts them through extreme physical and psychological tests designed by real Special Forces operatives.

Other stars still participating this season include “Sister Wives” patriarch Kody Brown, podcast host Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia, TikTok influencer Mark Estes and model Chanel Man, among others.

Filmed in the scorching deserts of Morocco, the new season has already delivered plenty of drama — from tearful breakdowns to inspiring breakthroughs — as celebrities are stripped of their comfort, fame and filters.

“Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on Fox with new episodes available to stream the next day on Hulu.
